Last Updated: September 18, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Water Softener Indianapolis website, request a quote or water test, purchase equipment, schedule installation, or use our services.

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Any separate written quote, installation agreement, financing agreement, or warranty provided to you may include additional terms.

Services

Water Softener Indianapolis provides residential and commercial water treatment services, including:

  • Water testing
  • Water softener installation
  • Whole-home filtration
  • Reverse osmosis systems
  • City and well water treatment
  • Iron, manganese, sediment, taste, and odor treatment
  • Maintenance and replacement services

Available services may vary depending on your property, water conditions, and equipment requirements.

Water Testing & Recommendations

Water treatment recommendations are based on the conditions identified at the time of testing.

Water quality can vary by property, plumbing system, well condition, and water source. Basic water testing may not identify every possible contaminant.

If there are concerns about bacteria, lead, arsenic, nitrates, PFAS, or other health-related contaminants, additional laboratory testing may be recommended.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared.

Additional charges may apply if unexpected plumbing, drainage, electrical, structural, or installation work is required.

We will explain significant additional work before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Installation

Customers must provide reasonable access to the installation area, plumbing, drainage, and any other required utilities.

Installation schedules may change due to weather, equipment availability, unexpected site conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers should notify us of any known plumbing problems, leaks, access restrictions, or other property issues before installation.

Existing Plumbing

We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing defects, corrosion, leaks, damage, or code issues that existed before our work began.

If unexpected problems are discovered during installation, additional repairs or modifications may require separate approval and pricing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their property and water source
  • Allowing reasonable access for installation and service
  • Following maintenance instructions
  • Keeping salt at the proper level where required
  • Replacing filters and consumable components when needed
  • Protecting equipment from freezing, flooding, or misuse

Improper maintenance may affect system performance and warranty coverage.

Payments & Financing

Payment terms will be shown on your quote, invoice, or purchase agreement.

Financing or promotional payment plans may be offered through third-party providers. Approval, interest rates, payment schedules, and other financing terms are determined by those providers.

Water Softener Indianapolis does not guarantee financing approval.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact us at (add number).

Any cancellation rights, deposit terms, or fees related to equipment purchases or installation will be explained in the applicable agreement and handled according to Indiana law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation rights provided by law.

Equipment & Product Availability

Equipment availability may change due to supplier shortages, manufacturer updates, or discontinued products.

If a specified component becomes unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative and will explain any significant changes before installation.

System Performance

Water treatment systems are designed to address specific water conditions.

Performance depends on factors such as:

  • Water chemistry
  • Flow rate
  • Water pressure
  • Proper system sizing
  • Maintenance
  • Filter condition
  • Salt levels
  • Changes in the water source

No single system should be assumed to remove every possible contaminant unless specifically designed and tested for that purpose.

Well Water

Private well water can change over time.

Treatment recommendations are based on the conditions identified during testing. Additional treatment may be required if the well or groundwater conditions change.

Private well owners should continue appropriate routine testing for health-related contaminants.

Maintenance

Depending on the system, maintenance may include:

  • Adding softener salt
  • Replacing filters
  • Replacing RO membranes
  • Changing treatment media
  • Cleaning or sanitizing equipment
  • Periodic servicing

Unless otherwise stated, future maintenance and replacement parts are not included in the original installation price.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties vary by equipment and brand.

Any workmanship or service warranty provided by Water Softener Indianapolis will be explained separately.

Warranty coverage may be affected by misuse, improper maintenance, freezing, flooding, unauthorized modifications, or other conditions outside normal operation.

Wait… Why’s This So Affordable?

We get asked that a lot.
Our answer? We use premium parts, not premium markups. Curious how we pull that off?
